What you’ll do
- Develop relationships with roofing-company owners and teams.
- Explain our review process, service scope, and engagement requirements using approved information.
- Follow up on inquiries, keep accurate CRM records, and coordinate handoffs with the reviewing team.
- Communicate responsibly about claim options without promising a settlement or recovery amount.
What you’ll bring
- An active Texas public insurance adjuster license is required.
- Clear written and verbal communication, reliable follow-through, and sound professional judgment.
- Comfort managing business relationships, outreach, and activity records in a CRM.
